Milan, 29 November 2022<\/em> – Lexia Avvocati <\/strong>has assisted Jobchain GmbH,<\/strong> a cutting-edge financial recruitment platform that enables the payment of salaries in cryptocurrencies, in the start-up of its operations in Italy.<\/p>\n

The firm assisted the company in the admission process to the VASP register kept by the Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM), as well as in the review of the agreement and information documentation for clients, the analysis of the legal and regulatory profiles related to the provision of services related to virtual currencies in Italy.<\/p>\n

Jobchain was founded in 2020 by its CEO, Jose Bay, and operates by providing a blockchain-based platform capable of integrating recruitment, financial and asset management services. Jobchain also supports the standardization of cryptocurrencies as a payment method for employees, aiming therefore to solve the issues related to talent recruitment by allowing access to a bank account even for those who do not have one or do not have the resources to access it.<\/p>\n
