Holding S.r.l.<\/strong> (a company operating in the development of renewable energy power plants) acquired a 50% stake from L.P. Holding S.r.l. in several special-purpose vehicles, in order to jointly develop 2 wind farms in Italy with a maximum capacity of approximately 80MW and 3 photovoltaic plants with a maximum capacity of about 45MW.<\/p>\n<p>The legal aspects of the transaction were managed by the in-house teams of L.P. Holding (under the coordination of <strong>Ludovico Lombardi<\/strong>, together with <strong>Marco Abazia<\/strong> and <strong>Francesco Gramazio<\/strong> for administrative and technical profiles) and Qualitas Energy (under the coordination of Qualitas Energy Italia&#8217;s General Counsel, <strong>Giuseppe Pizzuto<\/strong>, along with lawyers <strong>Elena Motta<\/strong> and <strong>Simona Granieri<\/strong>). Both teams were supported by Lexia, in charge of drafting and finalizing all contractual and corporate documentation related to the JV establishment, with a team led by Partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexia.it\/de\/lawyers\/rechtsanwalt-marco-muscettola\/\">Marco Muscettola<\/a>, assisted by Counsel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexia.it\/de\/lawyers\/rechtsanwaeltin-fabio-luongo\/\">Fabio Luongo<\/a>, and Associates <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexia.it\/en\/lawyers\/avv-stefano-corra\/\">Stefano Corr\u00e0<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexia.it\/de\/lawyers\/ra-silvia-riga\/\">Silvia Riga<\/a> for the drafting and negotiation of the contractual documentation, as well as Counsel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexia.it\/de\/lawyers\/rechtsanwalt-pinella-altiero\/\">Pinella Altiero<\/a>\u00a0and Associates <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexia.it\/en\/lawyers\/avv-nicoletta-bezzi\/\">Nicoletta Bezzi<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexia.it\/en\/lawyers\/avv-beatrice-buntin\/\">Beatrice Buntin<\/a> for corporate, administrative, and regulatory due diligence profiles.<\/p>\n<p>The overall structuring of the transaction was handled by <strong>Marcello Molino<\/strong> and <strong>Luciano Garofano<\/strong>, Partner of the advisory firm <strong>MFZ<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Enrico Orsenigo, CEO of Qualitas Energy Italia, stated: &#8222;<em>The transaction is in line with the purpose of our company aimed at pursuing sustainable energy development, both in Italy and abroad.<\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Ludovico Lombardi, CEO of L.P.
