It holds several proprietary across various sectors, ranging from children&#8217;s toys to household pest control products.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition of Pentra GmbH marks Neulabs&#8216; first entry into the German market and fits within the strategic framework of expanding its portfolio of digital and D2C brands.<\/p>\n<p>Lexia advised the buyer in relation to all aspects of the transaction, with a team led by Managing Partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexia.it\/de\/lawyers\/rechtsanwalt-francesco-dagnino\/\"><strong>Francesco Dagnino<\/strong><\/a>, Counsel <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexia.it\/de\/lawyers\/rechtsanwaeltin-fabio-luongo\/\">Fabio Luongo<\/a><\/strong>, and Associate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lexia.it\/en\/lawyers\/avv-stefano-corra\/\"><strong>Stefano Corr\u00e0<\/strong><\/a>.
