We are pleased to announce the arrival of Duccio Zanchi<\/a> at LEXIA PRIVATE, where he will assume the role of Of Counsel, with a specific focus on Wealth Management & Trust. This important addition marks another step forward in strengthening our practice dedicated to wealth management and trust services, responding to the growing needs of our private clients and entrepreneurial families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duccio Zanchi is an experienced lawyer with a career spanning the banking and financial sectors, enriched by significant academic engagement. He has served as a contract professor of Trust Law at the University of Siena and has taught in numerous master\u2019s programs organized by the universities of Florence, Genoa, and Milan (SDA Bocconi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to his academic career, Zanchi is a member and accredited lawyer of the „Il Trust in Italia“ association and a Full Member of STEP, the international organization for trust professionals. He is also a member of the Scientific Committee of the „Il Trust, Possessionis Libertate Fide Foedus“ association (Lugano, Switzerland) and the Scientific Committee of Filodiritto, where he has curated the trust section. His scholarly contributions have been instrumental in the development of trust law in Italy, thanks to numerous articles and papers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
