LEXIA, with a team led by Partner Cristian Fischetti<\/a> and consisting of Associates Matteo Stroppa<\/a> and Martina Ancarani<\/a>, is assisting Il Faro Societ\u00e0 Cooperativa S.r.l. in the context of the Negotiated Crisis Procedure (CNC) initiated under Article 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this context, the Court of Como has granted the precautionary request presented by the cooperative, which, with a debt exposure of approximately 8 million euros, was granted the release of the Documento Unico di Regolarit\u00e0 Contributiva (DURC) for a period of at least 120 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This order represents a crucial step in ensuring the operational continuity of the cooperative and facilitating the implementation of the recovery plan. Furthermore, it ensures the regularity of payments from public clients, essential elements for the stabilization of the cooperative and its economic recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
