Sie verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber umfangreiche Erfahrung im Energiesektor und hat die gesellschaftsrechtlichen und vertraglichen Aspekte zahlreicher M&amp;A-Transaktionen im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien betreut.
