Sie ber\u00e4t Mandanten sowohl auf Verk\u00e4ufer- als auch auf K\u00e4uferseite bei der Verhandlung und Ausarbeitung von Kaufvertr\u00e4gen, Joint-Venture-Vertr\u00e4gen und Gesellschaftervereinbarungen, Unternehmens\u00fcbertragungsvertr\u00e4gen und Handelsvertr\u00e4gen sowie bei gesellschaftsrechtlichen Reorganisationsma\u00dfnahmen.<\/p>\n<p>In verschiedenen Industriesektoren hat sie umfassende Erfahrung in der Beratung f\u00fchrender italienischer und internationaler Mandanten bei einer Vielzahl von Transaktionen in den Bereichen Life Sciences und Health Care, Food and Beverage, Luxury Goods, Hi-Tech, Automotive und Construction gesammelt. In den letzten Jahren war sie an einer bedeutenden Zahl von M&amp;A-Transaktionen in diesen Sektoren beteiligt und hat dabei ihre fundierte Kenntnis dieser Branchen unter Beweis gestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Elena schloss 2003 ihr Jurastudium an der Universit\u00e4t Palermo mit Auszeichnung ab und ist seit 2006 als Rechtsanw\u00e4ltin zugelassen. Im Jahr 2010 erwarb sie einen Master in Corporate Banking and Finance Law an der Fordham University in New York.
