Milan, May 10, 2018 – LEXIA Avvocati, with its partner Avv. Francesco Dagnino, and the law firm Gentile & Partners advised Main Capital SGR S.p.A, newly-incorporated management company of alternative funds, in the submission of the application to Bank of Italy for the authorization procedure to start its activity and in the negotiation of agreements between shareholders.

Main Capital SGR is a management company of debt alternative funds, which aims to become one of the most active companies on the Italian market and has the purpose to establish private debts and direct landing funds that will invest in the liabilities of sound small-medium Italian companies to sustain their development. The company has Investbanca, WM Capital, Vincenzo Macaione and a group of entrepreneurs and practitioners as promoter shareholders and it is chaired by Nicola Rossi.
