Milan, 25th February 2020 – Lexia Avvocati assisted TAS S.p.A., a leading Italian provider of specialized solutions and services for the payment systems management, e-money, financial markets and extended enterprise, in the finalization of the corporate reorganization started in July 2019.
Specifically, TAS S.p.A. (“TAS”) transferred to TAS International S.A. (formerly TAS Helvetia S.A.) – company under Swiss law fully owned by TAS – all the shares held by TAS in the other foreign subsidiaries of the Group, that is: TAS France S.A.S.U., TAS Germany GmbH, TAS Iberia S.L.U., TAS USA Inc., TAS Americas Ltda, TAS E.E. d.o.o..
Lexia Avvocati assisted TAS on all Italian law aspects of the transaction with a team composed, with regard to the corporate issues, by the partner Francesco Dagnino, the associates Aurora Agostini, Alessandro Guarino, Andrea Massimo Maroni and Greta Maspero, while with regard to the employment law profiles, by Fabrizio Vincenzo Giglio.
