Andrea Cazzani developed extensive experience in Corporate M&A at leading Italian and international firms, assisting Italian and foreign clients in complex extraordinary transactions. Andrea also assists clients in Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions, in corporate law matters and in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.
