Milan, July 28th, 2021 – Lexia Avvocati assisted Vivid Money in launching its operations in Italy.

Vivid Money is a German FinTech company that offers payment accounts in Euros and foreign currencies, Visa debit cards (both physical and virtual) and, through Vivid Invest, the possibility to invest in fractional shares and cryptocurrencies. Vivid Money also allows customers to benefit from cashback on card transactions for the purchase of goods or services offered by partner merchants and on investments completed through the services offered by Vivid Invest. The company operates in partnership with Solarisbank AG and CM Equity AG, intermediaries authorized in Germany and operating in Italy under their respective passports in accordance with EU law.

Vivid Money was assisted by Francesco Dagnino, Managing Partner of Lexia and Co-Head of the firm’s FinTech practice, and Angelo Messore, Head of the Financial Services practice, and Co-Head of the FinTech practice, together with Senior Associate Aurora Agostini and Associates Filippo Belfatto and Carlo Giuliano.
