Milano, 28th February 2022 – The Board of Directors of TAS S.p.A. – a company listed on Euronext Milan – has appointed Lexia Avvocati as its legal advisor in connection with the mandatory tender for TAS shares promoted by Solidus BidCo S.p.A., a company indirectly controlled by the funds Gilde Buy-Out Fund VI CV and Gilde Buy-Out Fund VI 2 CV.
Lexia team consists of Francesco Dagnino (Managing Partner) Andrea Massimo Maroni and Aurora Agostini (Senior Associate), as well as Giovanni Piscopo (Associate).
