Milano, 4 March 2022 – Lexia Avvocati continues the growth of its Financial Services, Regulatory & FinTech team with the hiring, as Of Counsel, of Prof. Andrea Minto.

Andrea Minto – coming from Chiomenti law firm – is Associate Professor of Law and Regulation of Financial Markets at Università Ca’ Foscari di Venezia, where he holds the prestigious Jean Monnet Chair in Digitalisation of Finance Law (EUDIFIN), promoted and funded by the European Commission. Minto is also an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Southern Denmark (Syddansk Universitet – Juridisk Institute) and has worked for several years as a legal advisor and researcher in the “FinTech and Shadow Banking” unit of the Directorate General Financial Stability of the German Central Bank.
