Milan, 13 September 2022 – Lexia Avvocati assisted Neulabs Group (an innovative platform founded in Italy by Mauro Giacobbe that acquires, creates and develops D2C brands internationally) in the acquisition of CiboCrudo S.r.l., producer of plant-based and raw food.

CiboCrudo is an Italian entrepreneurial project, born in 2011, follower of the raw-food and organic philosophy: all food sold is raw, or has undergone a handling process at temperatures not exceeding 42 degrees, to preserve their nutritional properties. The offer now counts over 300 products, organized in formats for both wholesale and retail.

Lexia team that followed the acquisition is composed of Managing Partner Francesco Dagnino, Senior Associate Fabio Luongo and Associate Stefano Corrà, as well as Partner Alessandro Borsetto and Senior Associate Daniele Scalvinoni for the tax aspects and Partner Vincenzo Fabrizio Giglio and Associate Chiara Maria Ramella for the labour law profiles.
