With its team consisting of Giuseppe Andrea D’Alessio, Andrea Zecchini, and Partner Marco Muscettola, Lexia Avvocati has assisted Exo Lab Italia S.r.l. – a startup leader in the use of the natural technology of Plant Nanovesicles (Plant Exosomes) deriving from the Italian organic agriculture. The startup is involved in the investment round provided by TerraNext S.r.l, considered a forerunner of startups operating in the bioeconomy field, established on the initiative of CDP Venture Capital SGR as manager of the Italian closed-end alternative investment fund known as “Fondo Acceleratori,” as well as by Cariplo Factory with the aim at promoting the development of the startup in its own field.

With the venture capital team made of Cecilia Stefanelli and Maria Flora Cafiero and coordinated by Partner Andrea Messuti, LCA has assisted CDP Venture Capital SGR S.p.A. and Cariplo Factory S.r.l. Benefit Company in the investment round provided by TerraNext S.r.l.

On the other hand ADVANT – NCTM has assisted Scientifica S.p.A. with a team coordinated by Salary Partner Marzia Manente, which is already a partner of Exo Lab Italia. Lorenzo Cilli and Valerio Carconi, directors of the startup, have stated that the operation demonstrates the continuous growth of the company.
