Milan, 6 December 2022Lexia Avvocati has relocated its Milan headquarters to Via del Lauro, 9, in the historical Palazzo Silva di Biandrate located in the heart of Brera. The entire building, divided into four levels, has been the subject of a radical Leed Gold-certified redevelopment by the FIEPP Fund, managed by InvestiRE SGR (Banca Finnat Group), and customized by Lexia.

Located within the city’s oldest urban core, it dates back to Roman times and was also home to important archaeological finds from the Imperial era. The 17th-century building belonged to the noble Silva family and was home to Donato II Silva’s massive personal library, as well as his remarkable art and numismatic collections.

The Palazzo’s representative areas will be open to the city of Milan to host exhibitions and events during the Salone del Mobile and Fashion Weeks.

The opening of the new headquarters is an important step in the growth of the firm, which since its founding in 2016 can now count more than 70 professionals divided amongst its three offices in Milan, Rome, and Palermo.

We are proud to have partnered with the FIEPP Fund in this redevelopment project that has given back to the city of Milan and the Brera district one of its architectural jewels, while creating within the historical building a modern, innovative environment in line with the best standards of sustainability and energy efficiency that reflect our values of innovation and tradition.
