As a Senior Associate she has been member of the Labour Department of a major law firm which belongs to the network of one of the main international auditing and strategic consulting firms.
Founding partner of AZLEX law firm in 2011, she practices employment law and focuses on contracts, individual and collective redundancy procedures, relationships with trade unions, management, international mobility and expatriates, international conventions on social security, due diligence and litigation.
She has worked on several restructuring relating to mergers and acquisitions transactions for primary multinational and Italian companies.
In 2008 and 2009 she was part of a team of European employment lawyers in charge of the preparation of reports on the application of TUPE (Directive 2001/23/CE “Protection of Employees on Transfer of Undertakings”) in the context of an important international merger in the automotive sector.
She graduated in Turin and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1999. She speaks Italian, English and French.
