Federico has gained significant experience in assisting supervised entities on issues of financial market, banking, and insurance law; in particular, he carries out legal consultancy on investment services, collective asset management, banking and payment services, ESG, and FinTech.
Federico obtained a master’s degree in law from the University of Brescia. He has been registered with the Brescia Bar Association since 2020.
In 2022 he obtained a level II Master’s degree in “Union Banking Law – Law and Practice of the Banking Union” at the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna. In 2021 he completed the specialization course in “Coding for lawyers and legal tech. Programming for jurists, artificial intelligence and blockchain for the legal professional of the future” at the University of Milan and obtained the Masters Diploma in “Blockchain and cryptocurrencies” at AIO Blockchain Lab S.r.l.
Before joining LEXIA, Federico gained significant experience in leading national and international law firms in Milan.
He speaks Italian and English.
