Lawyer Margherita Gramegna specializes in labor and industrial relations law, trade union and social security law.
She provides legal assistance in extrajudicial and judicial matters, in favor of Italian and foreign companies, as well as top management.
Before joining Lexia, she collaborated with leading international law firms in Rome and Milan in their respective labor law departments.
Graduated in law from the Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome in 2011, she has been registered with the Council of the Bari Bari since 2014. She perfected her studies in labor law by obtaining a Master’s degree in personnel management and administration, as well as at the Higher Education School of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association.
