Pinella joined LEXIA in 2021 and has assumed the role of Counsel since 2023.
She specializes in administrative law and regularly assists Italian and foreign operators active in the renewable and traditional energy sector. In particular, she provides legal advice in the context of authorization processes for the construction of plants, in relations with network managers and in matters of public incentives; Furthermore, she also provides assistance for due diligence activities in the context of operations aimed at financing or acquiring plant portfolios.
Pinella has also gained significant experience in the public procurement sector, providing stable assistance to Italian and foreign companies for participation in tenders and project financing procedures and also providing legal advice to public administrations and companies.
Previously, she collaborated with leading law firms specializing in administrative law and spent secondment periods with some of the major operators in the energy sector in Europe.
Pinella obtained a master’s degree in law and a PhD from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan. She is registered with the Milan Bar Association.
She speaks Italian and English.
