Maria Cherubini obtained a master’s degree in law from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University of Milan, discussing a thesis on the evolution of the role of migrant workers in the international context.
During her university career, she took part in various internships including one at the Prefecture of Milan, within the Territorial Commission for the Recognition of International Protection, during which she had the opportunity to learn the procedures necessary for obtaining the various types of international protection.
Before starting her collaboration with LEXIA, she gained experience in a leading international firm in Milan in the field of labor law and immigration law.
At LEXIA she acquired extensive experience in corporate immigration law, assisting Italian and foreign companies in the hiring and secondment of highly qualified personnel across borders.
She speaks Italian and English.
