Andrea graduated with honors in business law from the University of Bari, discussing an interdisciplinary thesis entitled “The protection of workers in situations of business crisis and employer insolvency”, after having spent a period of research at the Complutense University of Madrid. He took part in the Erasmus Program at the University of Szczecin (Poland) and carried out internships in Brussels and Istanbul at law firms with international clients.
Andrea further explored issues related to corporate law through participation in an executive master.
Before moving to Milan and starting his collaboration with Lexia Avvocati, he gained experience at a leading law firm in Bari in the field of business law, tax law and asset protection.
He works in the Foreign Direct Investments & Corporate Services department and mainly deals with corporate law, assisting Italian and foreign companies.
He speaks Italian and English. He has basic knowledge of Spanish and French.
