Hillary obtained a master’s degree in law from the University of Macerata and Orléans, as part of an Italian-French double degree course, discussing a thesis entitled “the clemency program in the community, Italian and French anti-monopoly discipline”. She carried out internships in France and Italy at law firms with international clients.
Hillary further explored issues related to corporate law through participation in an executive master’s degree.
Before starting her collaboration with LEXIA, she gained experience at a leading law firm in Milan in the field of corporate law and M&A.
He works in the Foreign Direct Investments & Corporate Services team and mainly deals with corporate law, assisting Italian and foreign companies.
She speaks Italian, English and French. She has basic knowledge of German.
