Marco graduated in 2018 from the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan with a final dissertation on commercial law entitled “Il controllo di società in virtù di particolari vincoli contrattuali: analisi e problematiche applicative”. He also enjoyed a study stay in Austria, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna, taking part in the Erasmus programme.
He has gained relevant experience in corporate law and extraordinary transactions, assisting domestic and international clients and private equity funds in corporate-M&A and venture capital transactions and providing legal advice in the structuring, management and negotiation of extraordinary transactions.
Prior to joining LEXIA, Marco gained relevant experience at a leading national law firm in Milan.
He speaks Italian and English. He has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
