Since 10 January 2012 the Sicilian Region is sole shareholder and its registered office is in Palermo.<\/p>\n<p>The sole shareholder chose Dagnino, a tax lawyer and professor of tax law at the University of L&#8217;Aquila, for his vast expertise, gained both in Sicily and in the rest of Italy, in assisting and providing advice to banks, financial intermediaries and industrial and commercial undertakings.<\/p>\n<p>Alessandro Dagnino commented: \u2018My appointment stems from the market, it is the result of my experience as an independent technical expert.
