Milan, 3 March 2017 \u2013 LEXIA Avvocati assisted TAS Group S.p.A., Italy’s leading ICT company in the supply of solutions and specialised services for the management of payment systems, electronic payments and capital markets, listed in the MTA and organised and managed by Borsa Italiana, in the extraordinary transaction of free share capital increase, approved by the extraordinary Shareholders\u2019 Meeting of 1 March 2017.<\/p>\n

The transaction involved a free share capital increase of Euro 10,000,000.00 (ten million) through the issuance of 41,768,449 ordinary shares with no face value, with the same characteristics as outstanding ordinary shares, at a rate of 1 (one) new ordinary share issued for 1 (one) ordinary share held.<\/p>\n
