Milan, March 26, 2018 \u2013 One of the main groups in Italy in the images and video sector is born. With the assistance of Avv. Francesco Dagnino, founding partner of LEXIA Avvocati, assisted by the associates Avv. Andrea Maroni and Dott. Alessandro Rossi, Independent Photo Agency S.r.l. has acquired the controlling shareholding of the photographic agency specialized in interior design and architecture, Photofoyer S.r.l. Independent Photo Agency is one of the most important national photographic agencies, specialized in images and video production and marketing for industry, publishing, advertising communication.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith this operation – stated Marco Di Fazio, Ceo of IPA and Photofoyer\u2013 one of the biggest photographic agencies in Italy, serving the industries and companies\u2019 communication of all productive and publishing sectors, with records of more than 400 million of images, is born.<\/p>\n
