Milan, April 9, 2018 \u2013 LEXIA Avvocati<\/strong> becomes partner of ELITE, a Borsa Italiana (London Stock Exchange Group) international platform dedicated to Italian SMEs which intend to be listed, gain access to capital markets or start contacts with potential investors. LEXIA Avvocati will assist the companies of the ELITE platform with dedicated legal services, to support them in their development and growth.<\/p>\n

LEXIA Avvocati will advise companies of the Elite platform on corporate law, financial markets law and tax law. \u201cThe involvement in the Borsa Italiana ELITE Program<\/em> \u2013 stated Avv. Francesco Dagnino, founding partner of LEXIA Avvocati \u2013 is an important opportunity for LEXIA Avvocati to provide its own skills in a project focused on the development of small and medium companies, within a high-level network which aims to a panel of over 400 companies that have already joined the program managed by Borsa Italiana, and which, internationally, consists of 700 companies with growth and development purposes<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n
