Milan, May 4, 2018 \u2013 Last April 27, 2018, the shareholders\u2019 meeting of Retelit (an Italian data services and Tlc network facilities company listed on the star segment of Borsa Italiana) confirmed the top management of the Company after a Shareholders\u2019 meeting dispute between two shareholders\u2019 groups:<\/p>\n

one of them included Shareholder Value Management (SVM) and Axxion, the German funds, as well as Bousval S.C.A. (owned by Lybian Post, Telecommunication and Information Technology Company, the holding company of Liabian Government) and the other one included the financier Raffaele Mincione (through Fiber 4.0 S.r.l.) \u00a0and the Pretto family.<\/p>\n

The slate submitted by SVM obtained favourable votes representing 42% of share capital, widely resulting the majority slate, also thanks to the support of almost all institutional investors and retail shareholders.<\/p>\n

Axxion and SVM have been advised by Sanzo e Associati (Avv. \u00a0Luciano Castelli). Fiber 4.0 has been advised by Studio Morri Rossetti (Avv. Stefano Morri and Avv. Cristina Cengia). The board of Directors of Retelit has been advised by Studio Chiomenti (Avv. Filippo Modulo), by LEXIA Avvocati (Avv. Francesco Dagnino supported by the lawyers Avv. Aurora Agostini and Avv. Andrea Maroni) and by Avv. Domenico Ielo. The proxy solicitation promoted by SVM has been carried out by Proxitalia (Georgeson Group).<\/p>\n
