Milan, September 11\u00a02018 \u2013 Lexia Avvocati<\/strong> assisted the shareholders of\u00a0Texon Italia S.p.A<\/strong> in the sale of 100% of the same Texon Italia to the Texon International Group<\/strong>, controlled by the investment fund Navis Capital Group.\u00a0LEXIA Avvocati<\/strong> followed the legal aspects of the operation with a team composed by partner Francesco Dagnino<\/strong>, assisted by lawyers Andrea Massimo Maroni<\/strong> and Alessandro Rossi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Texon International Group was assisted by the Legance<\/strong> law firm with a team composed of Bruno Bartocci <\/strong>and Alberto Vaudano<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On behalf of the shareholders of Texon Italia, CT & P Caramanti Ticozzi & Partners<\/strong> has acted as advisor for the tax aspects of the sale with a team composed of the partner Carlo Ticozzi Valerio<\/strong> and the associated partner Alberto Fiore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

TEXON ITALIA<\/em><\/strong> was founded in the mid-60s to distribute the cellulosic materials produced in the TEXON factory in Germany to Italy. The company, integrated into an organization that, with its distribution network, covers the whole world, extends its sphere of action to the components for footwear in general and establishes agreements of collaboration and exclusive distribution with foreign producers of materials for footwear.<\/em><\/p>\n
