Milan, February 26th, 2019 –\u00a0LEXIA Avvocati assisted TAS, a leading company in Italy in the supply of software and services for banking and financial applications, in the acquisition of a share representing 80% of the share capital of the US company Mantica Inc., which holds the entire share capital of Mantica Italia S.r.l., specialized in the production, development and marketing of the software platform “Adaptive Intelligence” created for the processing of predictive modelling.<\/p>\n

LEXIA Avvocati assisted TAS, for the aspects of Italian law,\u00a0with a team composed by the Partner Francesco Dagnino and the associates Alessandro Guarino and Alessandro Rossi.<\/p>\n
