(&#8220;TAS&#8221;) transferred to TAS International S.A. (formerly TAS Helvetia S.A.) &#8211; company under Swiss law fully owned by TAS &#8211; all the shares held by TAS in the other foreign subsidiaries of the Group, that is: TAS France S.A.S.U., TAS Germany GmbH, TAS Iberia S.L.U., TAS USA Inc., TAS Americas Ltda, TAS E.E. d.o.o..<\/p>\n<p>Lexia Avvocati assisted TAS on all Italian law aspects of the transaction with a team composed, with regard to the corporate issues, by the partner <strong>Francesco Dagnino<\/strong>, the associates <strong>Aurora Agostini<\/strong>, <strong>Alessandro Guarino<\/strong>, <strong>Andrea Massimo Maroni<\/strong> and <strong>Greta Maspero<\/strong>, while with regard to the employment law profiles, by <strong>Fabrizio Vincenzo Giglio<\/strong>.
