The Law no. 33 dated 23 September 2021 (amending article 2 of Law no.17 of 2007), issued by Puglia Region, has established that the delegation to the Provinces already provided for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedure is extended also to the sole regional permit procedure (provvedimento autorizzativo unico regionale \u2013 \u201cPAUR\u201d) pursuant to art. 27-bis of Legislative Decree no. 152\/2006 (so-called “Environmental Code”).<\/p>\n
