Partner <strong>Fabrizio Giglio<\/strong>, instead, dealt with all Labour law aspects.<\/p>\n<p>R&amp;M was assisted by Mazars Italia S.p.A. with all the aspects connected to the <em>financial<\/em> and <em>tax due diligence<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Studio Legale Pegoraro &amp;
