Milan, 8 February 2022 – <\/em>Lexia Avvocati scores an important lateral hiring for the Milan office with the onboarding of three professionals coming from CT&P – Capone Ticozzi Partners and TL – Tax & Legal Partners.<\/p>\n

Alessandro Borsetto<\/strong>, former Partner at CT&P, joins as Partner in charge of the Tax Advisory Department.<\/p>\n

Mr. Borsetto, with his consolidated experience (also at Pirola, Pennuto, Zei & Associati and NCTM) in the areas of national and international tax consulting and planning, at LEXIA will focus on extraordinary transactions, transfer pricing, financial markets taxation, VAT and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI).<\/p>\n

Member of the Milan Order of Chartered Accountants, and of the Register of Legal Auditors, Mr. Borsetto is also a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants\u2019 International Tax Commission.<\/p>\n

With him, Daniele Scalvinoni<\/strong>, Senior Associate, Chartered Accountant and Auditor, expert in corporate and personal taxation, VAT and indirect taxes, tax compliance and due diligence.<\/p>\n

The new team also includes Associate Antonio Iorio<\/strong>, from TL – Tax & Legal Partners, Chartered Accountant and Auditor, expert in ordinary and extraordinary consultancy in corporate and tax matters as well as in the design of corporate structures in the context of restructuring operations.<\/p>\n

The team will operate under the coordination of Alessandro Dagnino<\/strong>, Managing Partner Head of the Tax area.<\/p>\n
