{"id":36175,"date":"2022-04-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-10T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lexia.studioup.site\/lexia-avvocati-assisted-foresight-group-in-a-top-up-transaction\/"},"modified":"2025-02-03T17:34:33","modified_gmt":"2025-02-03T15:34:33","slug":"foresight-group-top-up","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lexia.it\/en\/2022\/04\/11\/foresight-group-top-up\/","title":{"rendered":"Lexia Avvocati assisted Foresight Group in a top up transaction"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"\"><i class=\"\">Milan, April 11, 2022<\/i> &#8211; <strong>Lexia Avvocati<\/strong> assisted <strong>Foresight Group<\/strong> &#8211; fund manager and leader in infrastructure and private equity investments with approximately \u20ac9.5 billion of capital under management &#8211; for a top up transaction for an additional \u20ac5,100,000.00, thus bringing the basket up to \u20ac10,100,000.00, in a green bond issued by IRR Caserta, a Gaia Energy group company, and listed on the ExtraMOTt PRO Cube segment of Borsa Italiana aimed at financing a series of projects concerning energy communities and photovoltaic plants to be built.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">This is the tenth financing operation by Foresight Group in Italy through the debt fund Italian Green Bond Fund.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">A multidisciplinary team acted for Lexia, led by <strong>Marco Muscettola<\/strong>, partner in charge of the firm&#8217;s Energy department, composed of <strong>Pinella Altiero<\/strong> (head of the administrative law department) and <strong>Beatrice Buntin<\/strong> for the public aspects of the transaction and <strong>Andrea Maroni<\/strong>, <strong>Giuseppe Andrea D&#8217;Alessio<\/strong> and <strong>Andrea Zecchini<\/strong> for the profiles of the structuring of the transaction and the preparation of the related set of documents.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">For Foresight Group, the internal team comprising the investment directors Francesco Maggi and Lucio Favale also acted as regards, respectively, the structuring, legal and financial aspects of the transaction as a whole. On behalf of IRR Caserta, Mr. Gianpaolo Castellano, CEO of the parent company Gaia, the manager Mr. Francesco Di Salvo acted together with the financial consulting company Omniarevi.
