Consob has approved new rules aimed at simplifying the listing on the Italian stock exchange. Will they help ease the process and attract new investors?<\/p>\n

To date, the costs and timing of a stock market listing, as well as the costs of regulatory compliance, create fears and influence entrepreneurs’ choices. With this in mind, the measures taken by the Italian Stock Exchange and Consob regarding the simplification of application process and reduction of the approval time, may also have a positive impact on cost containment.<\/p>\n
