Holding S.r.l.<\/strong> (a company operating in the development of renewable energy power plants) acquired a 50% stake from L.P. Holding S.r.l. in several special-purpose vehicles, in order to jointly develop 2 wind farms in Italy with a maximum capacity of approximately 80MW and 3 photovoltaic plants with a maximum capacity of about 45MW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The legal aspects of the transaction were managed by the in-house teams of L.P. Holding (under the coordination of <strong>Ludovico Lombardi<\/strong>, together with <strong>Marco Abazia<\/strong> and <strong>Francesco Gramazio<\/strong> for administrative and technical profiles) and Qualitas Energy (under the coordination of Qualitas Energy Italia&#8217;s General Counsel, <strong>Giuseppe Pizzuto<\/strong>, along with lawyers <strong>Elena Motta<\/strong> and <strong>Simona Granieri<\/strong>).
