LEXIA, led by managing partner Francesco Dagnino<\/a> alongside partner Andrea Massimo Maroni<\/a> and associate Andrea Peruzzo<\/a>, supported by the Tax Advisory team led by partner Alessandro Borsetto<\/a>, assisted Hoop Capital in the project that led to the creation of Hoop Capital<\/a>, a consortium of entrepreneurs structured in a club deal format, focused on investments in small-cap Italian companies listed on the stock exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoop Club plans to deploy 30 million euros over the next 3 years in the small-cap listed company market through the club deal approach, utilizing an activist investment in public equity (AIPE) strategy. The goal is to promote the strategic and sustainable development of companies that are currently undervalued by institutional investors but present very attractive valuations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
