LEXIA recently assisted Saentra Forge, formerly known as Genenta Science, a Nasdaq-listed company, in a strategic agreement for a phased entry into the capital of ATC, an Italian defense systems manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The LEXIA team, led by managing partner Francesco Dagnino<\/a> and partner Giacomo Paracchi<\/a>, with the support of partners Fabio Luongo<\/a> and Stefano Corr\u00e0<\/a> and associate Giorgia Pignatelli<\/a>, managed the entire process, providing Saentra Forge with assistance on various legal and regulatory aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In particular, LEXIA supported Saentra Forge in the legal, tax, and labor due diligence, ensuring a thorough review in compliance with applicable regulations. The team also handled the drafting and negotiation of the contractual documentation, ensuring every detail aligned with the client’s interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special attention was given to regulatory aspects, including the implications of the Golden Power regulation and public safety regulations on armaments, requiring a detailed analysis of Italian and European regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
