He currently leads the studio&#8217;s legal-tech team, coordinating the activities of developers and legal collaborators on various projects.<\/p>\n<p>He specializes in building processes for the delivery of legal services and bureaucratic practices via electronic means. As a Project &amp; Product Manager, he has led the development of innovative software for the acceleration and automation of typical legal office activities. He regularly provides consulting for setting up informative websites, e-commerce portals, mobile applications, and improving their performance, taking into account all phases of the user experience.<\/p>\n<p>In the past, he has collaborated with startups active in the legal-tech market and non-profit associations, providing advice for their establishment and compliance with the main sector regulations.
