In particular, she provides legal advice in authorization processes for the establishment and licensing of regulated intermediaries in the banking, financial, and payment sectors, as well as in extraordinary and strategic transactions, supporting them in their dealings with supervisory authorities (including applications for extending operations, acquisition of holdings, mergers and acquisitions, establishment of branches, and the freedom to provide services). In this context, she also provides ongoing regulatory advice.
