{"id":59138,"date":"2025-09-03T14:56:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-03T12:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lexia.it\/?post_type=professionista&#038;p=59138"},"modified":"2026-03-27T12:56:04","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T10:56:04","slug":"beatrice-molteni","status":"publish","type":"professionista","link":"https:\/\/www.lexia.it\/en\/professionista\/beatrice-molteni\/","title":{"rendered":"Beatrice Molteni"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Beatrice graduated in Law from Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and attended a Master course in \u201cWealth Management and Wealth Planning\u201d and a Master course in \u201cCorporate Law in the Digital Age\u201d provided by Ipsoa &#8211; Wolters Kluwer.<\/p>\n<p>She joined LEXIA Private as head of the Wealth Management &amp; Trust practice, after working with a leading Italian law and tax firm specialised in Wealth Management and Private Clients.<\/p>\n<p>Beatrice deals with civil, tax and corporate law in the areas of estate and succession planning, trusts and generational transfers in family businesses.<\/p>\n<p>She mainly assists Private Clients, HNWIs and UHNWIs, including international clients, in all matters relating to inheritance, wealth and tax planning.<\/p>\n<p>Beatrice has gained in-depth expertise in trust law, providing legal and tax assistance for the set up of trusts with beneficiary or purpose trusts.<\/p>\n<p>Beatrice has written and published many articles on Italian and international journals and has participated as a speaker at many conferences, including those organised by the ODCEC and Ipsoa &#8211; Wolters Kluwer.<\/p>\n<p>She is a lawyer at the Milan Bar Association and is an Affiliate Member of STEP Italy.<\/p>\n<p>She speaks Italian and English.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":59760,"menu_order":50,"template":"","area":[625],"competenza":[890,896],"lingua":[647,651,595],"ruolo":[654],"sede":[597],"class_list":["post-59138","professionista","type-professionista","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","area-law-en","competenza-art-law","competenza-wealth-management-trusts","lingua-english","lingua-spanish","lingua-italiano-en","ruolo-counsel-en","sede-milano-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 -
