Milan, 1st July 2021 – The Board of Directors of Retelit S.p.A. – a company listed on the MTA, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana (STAR segment) and owner of a fibre optic network of over 16,000 km – has appointed Lexia Avvocati as its legal advisor in relation to the takeover bid announced by Asterion Industrial Partners fund – through Marbles S.p.A. – for all Retelit shares. Retelit’s independent directors appointed Lazard as independent expert and financial advisor and are also assisted by BonelliErede as legal advisor. Asterion is instead assisted by Mediobanca and Cleary Gottlieb.

The Lexia team that will support Retelit’s board of directors consists of Francesco Dagnino (Managing Partner), Angelo Messore, Andrea Massimo Maroni, Filippo Belfatto and Giovanni Piscopo.
