Milan, 13 December 2022 – Lexia Avvocati assisted Global Payments S.p.A., a company part of TAS Group and directly controlled by TAS S.p.A., a top tier Italian player leader in the supply of software and services for banking and financial applications active in Europe and in the USA, in the acquisition of the entire share capital of Nemos S.r.l., a consulting and software solutions development company specializing in e-money, electronic payments, card management and POS transactions.

Lexia Avvocati acted as legal advisor in relation to all due diligence aspects, drafting and negotiation of contractual documentation, with a team led by Managing Partner Francesco Dagnino, Senior Associate Fabio Luongo and Associate Stefano Corrà.
