Milan, April 9, 2018 – LEXIA Avvocati becomes partner of ELITE, a Borsa Italiana (London Stock Exchange Group) international platform dedicated to Italian SMEs which intend to be listed, gain access to capital markets or start contacts with potential investors. LEXIA Avvocati will assist the companies of the ELITE platform with dedicated legal services, to support them in their development and growth.

LEXIA Avvocati will advise companies of the Elite platform on corporate law, financial markets law and tax law. “The involvement in the Borsa Italiana ELITE Program – stated Avv.
