Milan, 20 October 2018 – LEXIA Avvocati has advised Mecar Group on the acquisition of a minority stake of Macingo, a leading Italian sharing platform for the transportation of goods.
Mecar Corporate Transport Solutions, a leader in road transport with over 60 years of activity, acquired a minority stake of Macingo to support its growth. Macingo already has 1000 companies registered in its platform and covers 95% of the Italian territory.
Together with Mecar, Digital Magics (the most important incubator of “Made in Italy” digital startups), has also invested in Macingo.
LEXIA Avvocati has advised Mecar with the partner Francesco Dagnino and associate Andrea Maroni. Ferrari Pedeferri Boni has assisted Digital Magics with partner Costanza De Porcellinis.
