Milan, 18 February 2020 – Lexia Avvocati assisted Cordifin S.p.A., Zuben Consulting S.r.l., Dr. Massimo Bernardo De Dominicis and WM Capital S.p.A. (a company listed on AIM Italia) in the acquisition, pro-rata with respect to the equity investment already held, of the entire participation held by Invest Banca S.p.A. in the share capital of Main Capital SGR S.p.A., as well as in the related authorization procedure for the increase of equity investments by Banca d’Italia.
As a result of this transaction, the purchasers increased their investment in Main Capital SGR S.p.A., a company that provides collective asset management services through the establishment and management of alternative credit mutual funds operating, inter alia, in the direct lending, private debt and NPLs (non-performing loans & distressed assets) sectors”.
