Retelit S.p.A., the Italian leader in fibre optic infrastructure and digital transformation projects, signed, through its subsidiary Retelit Digital Services S.p.A., a contract for the acquisition of 100% of Brennercom S.p.A. voting shares, held by Brennercom’s two current shareholders, Athesia Druck GmbH and Athesia Tyrolia Druck GmbH, subsidiaries of Athesia S.p.A..

Retelit Digital Services was assisted for the legal aspects by Nctm, with a team coordinated as for the M&A aspects by Daniele Tani, assisted by Giuliana Capillo and Martina Da Re, as for the labour aspects of the transaction by Michele Bignami and Ulrich Eller.
Lexia Avvocati assisted Retelit Group in the regulatory aspects, with partner Francesco Dagnino, assisted by associates Andrea Massimo Maroni and Marco Stefanini.

PwC TLS, with a team coordinated by Nicola Broggi and Pietro Bertolotti, handled the fiscal aspects of the operation, while PwC Deals, with a team coordinated by Giuseppe Rana, assisted by Michele Riva and Francesco Tieri, handled the accounting aspects of the operation.

Athesia and the sellers were assisted by Platter, Ausserer, Bauer and Partners, with a team coordinated by Alexander Ausserer, assisted by Cosima Ebner and Bird&Bird.
