Milan, June 3rd, 2020 – LEXIA Avvocati assisted PLC Power S.r.l. in the closing of the sale of two wind farms to Enel Green Power Italia S.r.l. assisted by CDRA.

The agreement is part of the process started in 2019 in which two preliminary contracts were signed for the sale by the indirect subsidiary of PLC S.p.A., PLC Power S.r.l., of the entire share capital of C&C Castelvetere S.r.l. and C&C Uno Energy S.r.l. to Enel Green Power Italia S.r.l., owners of two wind projects to be carried out respectively in the Municipality of Castelvetere in Val Fortore (BN), with a capacity of 13.2 MW, and in the municipalities of Baselice (BN), Molinara (BN) and Foiano di Val Fortore (BN), with a capacity of 36 MW.

LEXIA Avvocati assisted PLC Power S.r.l. throughout all phases with its Partner Marco Muscettola, Senior Associate Alessandro Guarino and Junior Associate Giuseppe D’Alessio together with Federica La Rocca and Fausto Tramontin, lawyers from the Legal and Corporate Affairs department of the holding company PLC S. p.A.; the operation for EGPI was followed by in-house lawyers Alessandra Selandari, Giovanna Faillace and Roberta Liberati with the external support of the CDRA team with partners Carlo Comandè and Antonino Restuccia and Senior Associate Paola Floridia, Barbara Compagnoni Serena Caradonna and Enzo Puccio.
